One of the participants in the 2013 Halloween Walk with the Animals at the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources Salato Wildlife Education Center. Particiapnts dress in costumes and go from station to station to receive candy treats. I love the costumes and the personalities of the participants as a photographer, Nikon D4 with AFS Nikkor 70-200mm f/2.8 VRII.

On the Saturday before Halloween each year, the Salato Wildlife Education Center in Frankfort, KY hosts a Halloween event where youngsters “trick or treat” at the center.  It is a great event and the kids are amazing.  There is some amazing creativity on display in the costumes.  These are a few of the pictures from the day.
