I had the opportunity to escape Frankfort for a weekend canoeing on the Big South Fork National River and Recreational Area in Southeastern Kentucky.  This always makes for a great weekend away.  The river provides spectacular scenery and a few pretty fun rapids to run in the canoe.  These are a few pictures I shot while enjoying the river.
